Santa Clara County - August 2008 - Real Estate Market Report

sccOverall, the news is actually pretty good for Santa Clara County. While the inventory numbers still remain high, new listings are down and sales are up. Also keep in mind that a HUGE portion of the homes in inventory are foreclosures or short sale properties (nearly 4000!) In fact, the general trends all seem to support the idea I have been sharing that we are either right at or very near the "bottom" of this market.
