There are two ways we can achieve our goal - by either using Home Staging or Interior Redesign.

Home Staging is about helping families simplify, organize and prepare for the next stage in their life while at the same time creating a home that will appeal to many prospective buyers.

Interior Redesign is about creating an atmosphere in the home that is essential to bringing families together. By having a place to retreat, rejuvenate and reconnect, families can step back from their busy lives and focus on what is important - each other. If you are not in the market for remodeling, that is where we would come in. We work with what you already own and cherish. Our specialty is to renew instead of redo.

This makes us more effective and efficient without passing additional costs on to you. Also, we never charge additional fees to receive our Home Staging recommendations in writing. Vacant Staging:

When this home was empty, all you saw were the green walls. With the addition of the correct accessories and furniture, it now shows off beautifully, and those green walls are no longer the main focus.

Every home can benefit from staging. This home was listed for $144,000 in the NE Minneapolis market. When it was empty, it showed poorly. When we added a little life, it took on a completely different feel. This home had been on the market 6 months prior to staging, and after it was staged, it sold in 2 months.

Another example of how much staging can help improve any property's appeal to potential buyers. With our recommendations for painting and adding our inventory to this property, we have now created visual interest that draws any buyer in, and makes them want to see more!!

Staging Consultations:

We work with several Realtors/offices and provide all their listings with a 3 hour consultation and help get the homeowners a jump start, before their photo's are taken for the MLS. With 80+% buyers using the internet to search for homes, you want your first step out to look it's best, so Stage before you list for optimal results. FYI: This home (shown below) sold in 2 weeks, during June 2008, when this particular market is averaging 168 DOM. This home was priced right and staged before it was listed, therefore the combined efforts of the Realty Office and the Staging Company worked hand in hand for a quick sale.

This home was dated and had wallpaper in the kitchen/dining areas. We gave our suggestions, but it is ultimately up to the homeowner on what they choose to do depending on their budget. With this particular home, there was no budget for updating/renovations. But as you can see, sometimes you don't have to do a complete overhaul just to get great listing photo's and to get it sold. Staging benefits every home, every budget.

Interior Redesign:

The other half of what we do is Redesign. We work with homeowners with color consultations and room make-overs. Many of our clients have a lot of the right pieces, they just need a pair of fresh eye's for a new perspective.

Living Room make-over: Furniture re-arrangement, paint, and shopped the home for additional accessories.

Bedroom make-over: This room just needed a paint consultation and a few suggestions. Minimal investment.

Bathroom Make-over:

We also work with Remodeler's and clients during the construction phase by assisting in the selection process.
