Would like to take a moment of your time to spread the word about a really nice small business here in the southern part of Temecula.
The owners are really down to earth and are always looking to better their place in order to satisfy their customers. The first time I met one of the owners I really felt welcomed there and was surprised after finding out there was the owner and not just an employee. He and his wife really took my needs to the next level that day. I came and asked what the strongest coffee you have is and they said try our Vietnamese Coffee which I still love this day.
When you are driving down Highway 79 South in Temecula heading towards Wine Country or going to play a round of golf at Red Hawk Golf Course then stop on by and have a coffee or even try their smoothies which my kids love!

Myself as a REO Agent and the others I speak to.
Going the wrong way that is for sure, remember the days when agents would actually allow others to help them sell their property? Why are people becoming so greedy in these times of need?
Some Brokers amaze me, they have no buyers agent yet the "office policy" is only their buyer's agents can hold open houses.
Since when has it been a standard to not return other agents'/brokers' calls, especially after they have sent you an offer. It is understandable being overworked well if that is the case then stop taking on more business.
In the future these same agents are going to have some serious problems because us career consultants don't forget these types of things.
Majority of the people in the industry that I personally know initially got in the business to help people and the money was a "bonus" instead of life of their service.
So what are your thoughts about the "new agent" within this so-called depression?
Are they more or less respectful to you and your clients?
Most of the properties I show are bank owned and my clients really get frustrated when they wait and wait for days all because the listing agent is too busy for our offer.
Share some of your experiences please!

When you were younger did your parents just hand you money without you doing anything for it or were you like me and had to do chores and find a JOB?
Why if while we were growing up did our parents tell us to get a JOB and work for the money we needed or wanted however now those same people are going up to the government and getting a hand out and destroying the value of the dollar while they at it?
Stop handing out money and tell them to WORK!
Work on reducing their expenses (that doesn't mean start by layoffs) that means be a business person and figure out where the waste is in the company and cut it out!
Some ideas for any executives that might be reading this would be turn off the lights when not needed, install energy efficient light bulbs, stop paying import taxes and start putting the things together here in the US (times are tough enough people here will work for minimum wage).
Sorry to vent a little but seriously even the wealthiest of companies that are having problems deserve to crush and fall because it is their own mismanagement of the funds during the great boom they are in this position now!
God Bless and please share your thoughts here!

Just a quick Inspirational video for you to watch!
Don't let anyone hold you down or back from what you LOVE to do!
When was the last time you looked up the definition for a word, such as insane?
There are so many ways to define the same word, you must admit the English language is one of the most confusing ones out there. I have studied Spanish and Japanese and I must say they both were easier to understand than English.
Either way, the most common way a consultant such as myself has known to define insane is "doing the same thing yet expecting different results". I bring this up only because all of the complainers in this economy want to not change yet expect their business's bottom line to change.
You want business, go out there and get it, there is plenty of money and more than enough people. The United States' working population has tripled in the past 10 years, so it is expected that our unemployment percentage would go up, there are more people! So that no longer is a true indicator of the amount of money here. The world is wealthier than it has been in the past 100+ years!
We can't change the definition of an English word and we can't change the ecomony, so live with it and move on!
Life is GREAT, you just need to decide to Live it and stop worrying about what we can't change and focus on what we can!
May God Be With You & Yours,
