I don't know about how everyone else feels, but I am really looking forward to 2012 and cannot wait to get my year started! I went to the economic summit in SAN DIEGO, at USD and the panel predicted that our market's bottom in San Diego will be the forth quater of 2012 and first quarter of 2013. There usually is lag time in there and we certainly have adjusted to this "new normal" market. I think this will be my best year ever in real estate with the new office located in the heart of La Jolla village and with a company like Harcourts backing me, there will be no limit! Getting creative is the ticket and if you are a home buyer or home seller this is a great time to take advantage of this market where the playing field is starting to level out. Working with a Realtor with experience is going to be key and if an Agent is thriving in this market you know they know what they are doing! Come on in and see is if you are in La Jolla,CA at 7825 Fay Ave. La Jolla, CA. 92037 or call us at 1-858-459-5478 (LIST).
I got to play in the Womans Council of Realtor's Golf Tournament last week and had a blast! I ended up getting onto "Team Bro" and we ended up winning! It was a scramble, so I won't take but a tiny bit of the credit! Kevin Mitchell was my golf cart partner! It was a great day and a what a great organization to be a member of! If you have a chapter near you, I would suggest joining! I have meet so many wonderful people, guys and gals and am learning so much more about real estate! Check it out:

San Diego's Chaper of WCR Rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was looking at the recent sales data for Rancho Santa Fe and it has been a very slow year up until now. This most exclusive and at one time most expensive zip code is not immune from the real estate bubble and the mortgage crises. There also are the newer communities built between 2003-2006 that are also being hit pretty hard. If you are looking for a foreclosure or a short sale in a place where you will make a great investment while the market is down, Ranch Santa Fe is it! Search for homes at http;//www.relosandiego.com for homes in Rancho Santa Fe!
I had the best Sunday this past weekend and had the privilege of going sailing with my friend Captain Bob on his last sail before leaving for Cabo! I love living in San Diego just because of days like this and we got to see the city in a whole new way from the water. I have been on the San Diego Bay several times and have floated under the Coronado Bridge, but I have to say this never gets old! Here are some pictures from Sunday. I know we had overcast weather, but hey what a great time!

Thanks Captain Bob!!!!
