Corey Adam Affron of Newburgh will perform at the 83rd annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.
Affron, 17, will join 60 performers out of over 400 auditioning from Stagedoor Manor Performing Arts Training Center in Loch Sheldrake for the first ever singing/dancing finale.
EMTs to hold open house
ROCK HILL - The Rock Hill Fire Department and Ambulance Corps will hold an open house, encouraging community members to volunteer, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Nov. 14 at the Rock Hill Firehouse, 61 Glen Wild Road.
Current members of the units will perform extrication and first aid demonstrations and will also have service vehicles on display to the public.
The event will show the community what it's like to be a volunteer firefighter and emergency medical technician (EMT) in the hamlet of Rock Hill.
Food and drink will also be available.

Respectfully, everything has changed. Many Brokers are still hanging on to the days when a magazine and a newspaper ad were enough to sell your home. These same Brokers have no problem charging the sellers 5 & 6% Commissions with no Internet plan to market your property other than to put the listing on their franchises website that is syndicated with Realtor.com, Homes.com etc..
Guess what? That's not good Enough! Competence, Consistency, & Customer Service is what will count going forward. Our customers deserve a better level of service...and we do our best to deliver.
