I started in Real Estate at the age of 18. That was over 20 years ago. I have been very fortunate to have gained so much experience prior to the evolution of the internet in Real Estate. Honestly, it gives us a competitive advantage. I understand the way that real estate agents and broker have operated in the past.
Respectfully, everything has changed. Many Brokers are still hanging on to the days when a magazine and a newspaper ad were enough to sell your home. These same Brokers have no problem charging the sellers 5 & 6% Commissions with no Internet plan to market your property other than to put the listing on their franchises website that is syndicated with Realtor.com, Homes.com etc..
Guess what? That's not good Enough! Competence, Consistency, & Customer Service is what will count going forward. Our customers deserve a better level of service...and we do our best to deliver.
