Using Google Adsense on a real estate website can be a little tricky... mostly because the Google sponsored links are likely to come from competing agent or brokers... however, if you own multiple domains and currently have one or more parked domains that currently are not being used, you could setup adsense for domains... I just started doing this as a trial run to start a link building campaign on a few selected domains. This way, the domain can age and have incoming links prior to generating any real content. Any traffic to the page, specifically traffic that leads to clicks off the page, generates revenue. $1/month revenue should be enough to cover the cost of just parking the domain.
Several new domains I am working on:
I added links to these domains directly from the homepage to my main site and every page within my site... anyone deciding my site does not contain the information they want is going to leave anyway, with these links, it is possible to drive them to my other domains which will provide further links to others, which earn at least a little revenue.
Bottom line, people will find competitors anyway, might as well profit from site visitors that decide not to contact you.
Last year, I wrote an article titled "Who Is Looking For A New Tampa Rental Home?". Considering the market has changed a bit in the last year, I thought now would be a good time to revisit this subject and discuss the tenant prospects for New Tampa Homes for Rent.
