Staging Can Create Deception

There’s so much information available on the web on staging that you can expect just about every seller to use staging tactics. While staging is just another way of making a home look its best, sometimes it can be used to compensate for a homes inadequacies.

For instance, if a home uses small furniture in one of its rooms it can make buyers think the room is bigger than it actually is, especially in photographs.
