I am an experienced Real Estate Investment coach and I have helped hundreds of people around the globe to acheive their real estate goals. I am looking to use my experience in helping people in the Utah market of Salt Lake and Tooele county. Whether you are buying your first home, investing, or selling your property, we can help you make it a profitable and easy transaction. I have personally been investing and working in Utah for over ten years and am constantly staying on top of market trends to ensure my clients have a well trained broker on their side. I specialize in getting you the best deal possible! Whether you are buying, selling or investing, I feel it is important to make the most out of your real estate by analyzing the market and knowing the true potential of the situation. The 'investor mindset' means that we are going to use the tools that all successful real estate investor's use to analyze their deals. By becoming involved with this process we are going to maximize our potential for success in the Real Estate world. Some of my focuses are in foreclosures, short sales, FSBO's, and Real Estate Analysis to ensure you get the best outcome possible.

Geoff was born and raised in West Jordan, Utah, where he graduated from high school in 1998. He went to college as a senior in high school through their concurrent enrollment program and then went on a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. After serving two years for the church in the Oregon, Eugene Spanish Speaking Mission, Geoff returned home and continued his education in college and real estate investing. In the winter of 2002, Geoff began dating his future wife, Rebecca. They courted and were later married on July 25, 2002 in Salt Lake City.

Geoff has gone on to obtain his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management for the University of Phoenix in 2007 and an accounting certificate from LDS Business College. He is currently working on his Master's of Business Administration Degree and expects to graduate in late 2009 with an emphasis in Marketing. He began his investing career over seven years ago when he helped a partner with a deal using creative financing. He has since bought and sold numerous properties using several creative financing techniques in the process. He has studied courses from gurus like Carleton Sheets, Robert Kiyosaki, LeGrand Richards and others in order to further his investment knowledge and potential and helping others. These courses motivated him to obtain a real estate agent's license in the State of Utah in 2002 and to buy several more investments in the Salt Lake, Tooele, and Davis county markets. He has since gone on to obtain a Utah State Broker's license in 2007 and to open his own brokerage called Return Real Estate (http://www.returnrealestate.com/). He continues to invest in several projects, has extensive experience with Notice of Defaults, short sales, partnering, foreclosures, and market analysis. Geoff currently coaches Rich Dad Cashflow, Rich Dad Real Estate, and the Carleton Sheets No Down Payment Programs.
