In Novemeber of 2008 I had Valentino and decided to take some time and dedicated my time to my family. Early this year I came across Century 21 and found out that Real Estate is doing great. I was unable to get a loan modification I was referred to Reyna to short sale my home, and I had been told that short sales were headaches and it was a long process. Come to find out she sold my home in a week and the seller/lender approved all work in less then two weeks and we closed escrow in less then two months, she has a team behing her and she has great relationships with the banks and this makes a big diffence. Bottom line is that you need somenoe with experience.
