Rookie Realtor Looking for Advice from Seasoned Realtors....

Hi Everyone,

I am a new Realtor (going on 6 months). I get asked a lot Why are you getting into Real Estate NOW the way the market is? Well, I have also been told that now is the best time so when it does pick up I will be ready for it. My question to all you more experienced Realtor is....

Do you have any suggestions for us rookies on what is the most important thing to generate new business?

How did you get started and what things helped you to succeed?

Have any tips or hints that might save time or money?
