About Us:

Renee Gaugler brings over 10 years of industry experience to the customers she serves in the state of Montana and surrounding areas. She enjoys working with people to help them get the home financing they need--so they can get the home they really want.

Renee helps her clients integrate their mortgage so that it fits into, and accomplishes, their long- and short-term financial goals. She's also a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist and a member of the Mortgage Market Guide and Mortgage Coach programs. Her home loan specialties are One-Time Close construction financing, mortgage equity management and Jumbo loans.

Renee believes that a mortgage is not a commodity, but rather a tool that should be used to help you reach your financial goals. She works with a team of credentialed professionals, including financial planners, accountants, estate attorneys and REALTORS, who will work with you to make your financial aspirations a reality. She'll manage your loan for you; send you regular updates on the mortgage market, and give you access to all of First Horizon's outstanding financial products and services.

A graduate of Montana State University in Bozeman--with a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology--Renee serves her community, and she is dedicated to helping out whenever she can. In her spare time, she enjoys snowmobiling, team roping, dog agility competition and continually learning about financial markets and economics.

Renee is very passionate about finance and truly believes that your mortgage should be integrated into your overall financial picture to help you accomplish your goals. This means being on the right loan program and continually managing that loan over time to ensure that it is meeting your needs. She does annual client reviews to help ensure this, as well as providing free annual property valuations and credit reports to her existing clients. Renee has also done a significant amount of research on housing markets, including her local market.

She strongly believes in the value of leverage and liquidity and loves showing her clients how to use them to their advantage to help them build wealth and plan for their future.

Renee specializes in one-time close construction loans, high net worth clients and equity management, but is also thrilled to help buyers purchase their first home.

One of her other passions is teaching, so Renee devotes a significant amount of time to classes with topics ranging from credit scoring, construction lending, home buying, equity management and housing market updates. She loves being able to share her knowledge with her clients and her community.
