Murfreesboro Parks and Recreation - My Baby is a Cover Model!

As most parents know, now is the time to find a summer program for your school age children.  You definitely want to find a facility that you are comfortable with and register before school gets out for the summer.  The best places fill up quickly and nobody wants to be a waiting list.  Last year was my daughter Ryane's (sounds like a boy's name Ryan) first year in the Murfreesboro TN Parks and Recreation Summer Camp program.  She loved it and I was very happy with it as well.  The program was very reasonably priced, especially for an entire summer program and the locations changed weekly to give the kids a little variety in their schedules.  It was especially wonderful because five minutes after I would pick her up from camp in the evening, she was unconscious in the back seat.  When we got home, dinner and a bath was all she could muster and she was out cold for the rest of the night.  This made my summer evenings quite quiet for a change.

We were discussing our plans for the summer a couple of nights ago and Ryane said she definitely wants to go to the Parks and Recreation program.  I went to the website to find the registration information and guess what???!!!!  On the cover of the Summer 2008 Camp for Kids Guide, there are three very cute and adorable little girls (I know I'm biased here).  As soon as I went to click on the guide, I saw a very familiar face.  My baby - Ryane!!!!  We had no idea that this picture is being used on the program cover to promote the camp this year.  And a mailing went out in Murfreesboro this week from the Parks and Recreation featuring this same photo.  Here is the link to the Parks and Rec website. (It takes a little time to load).  Scroll down a little bit when it comes up and there they are.  Ryane is the one in the back holding up the two fingers.  I'm so proud.
