Odenton, MD homes sales were basically flat when compared to June of last year. While the total dollar volume was down slightly, -3.7%, the number of units sold were higher by three.
The range between $200,000 - $299,999 was the most robust. This is also the price range most often associated with first time homebuyers. For that matter, first time homebuyers better get moving if they want to be considered for the $8,000 first time homebuyes tax credit. 11 fewer homes sold in Crofton, MD in June, when compared with June of last year. As you can see, the most robust price range for Crofton home sales continues to be the $200,000 - $299,999 price range. This is the price range favored by most first time homebuyers.
