First and foremost we would like to thank you for all the hard work you did in order for our home to sell. Any current and future clients can feel comfortable with their decision to have you represent them in their real estate transactions.
Throughout the entire selling process you went above and beyond our expectations of what a real estate agent is required to do. The first example is how you sought us out once our original listing expired. After speaking with you over the phone you were still willing to take our business even though we were already relocated to Ohio. Fortunately the week we were back in North Carolina to meet you an offer was made. The ensuing sale was nowhere close to being easy but through your determination and persistence you were able to close the deal. This included when you came into the office on a vacation day to meet with us because it was the only time we'd be able to meet. Several times you contacted some of your acquaintances trying to find a subcontractor who could do some last minute repairs (both minor and major) and not charge us an arm and a leg. You would also take time out of your day to be at the house to meet the subcontractors so we would not need to find someone that could. You also took it upon yourself to speak with our second mortgage holder who was delaying the process to the point where it almost jeopardized the sale.
