Recently I was asked: Why did you put a price on the first zip code at American Agent Online?

Well, I responded, it became apparent to me that the only way to grow was to have money for advertising. Google, Yahoo, newspapers and magazines all charge when I place an advertisement for American Agent Online and we needed something more than viral internet marketing and email advertising. I find that, now, an agent has to work much harder to make the same amount of income they did during the heyday a few years ago. You have to do everything you can and use all the different methods available. I find that American Agent Online is a very good addition to what you are currently doing. If you get online while you are at home or at the office, chances are that you will get a chat call from someone in America that has a question about real estate. I have been online as much as possible since I launched this website and it has produced a few new clients. A few of my existing clients have made contact with me also. I think we all have to break out of our way of doing business! We have to add to other forms of communications we use now! The clients will tell us and have been telling us what they want. If people are searching for homes on the internet or looking for an agent on the internet, then we should be on the internet too!!!!
