I'm a REALTOR-ASSOCIATE^® holding the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and e-PRO designations from the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS^®. I also hold BS and MS degrees from Southern Illinois University and have extensive experience in engineering management. This is an unusual combination of credentials on the Outer Islands which assures you are working with a true professional. In 2004 I left my position as an Engineering Department Manager in a major aerospace corporation to pursue my dream of living and working in Hawaii. I had already developed extensive experience in Hawaii real estate through the purchase and rental of four properties on Kauai and this rewarding experience provided a bridge to my new real estate career. I first joined Century 21 All Islands and then recently moved to Keller Williams Realty continue my growth with the 3rd largest real estate franchise in America. The most enjoyable part of my job comes from meeting people both near and far and in helping them realize their dream of home ownership in Hawaii. I'm a successful and knowledgable agent with sales that typically put me in or near the top 10% of all Kauai agents. This means I'm highly experienced and yet have time to assist each individual client with their transaction.

In 2008 I continued my Kauai sales activity while broadening my services to include Maui where I now reside nearly half time.
