Texas Hold'em Poker Night
March 15th from 5:00 pm till 9:00 pm - PLay a few hands of poker, have a great night out and meet some new friends. BYOB and a snack to share. See you there.
St. Patrick's Day Coloring Contest
Sunday March 16th All Day - $1.00 per child Ages 3-12 - Kids come out to the clubhouse and do some coloring. First prize to be awarded for each age group on March 17th.
St Patrick's Day Happy Hour
Monday March 17th 7:00pm - BYOB and come hang out with all your "Irish for the day" buddies.
Easter Egg Hunt
Saturday March 22nd 9:00am - 12:00pm - Children 1-9 and families come spend time with your neighbors. Enjoy a light breakfast, games, crafts, pictures with the Easter bunny and most importantly, an awesome egg hunt! **Please bring 12 candy filled eggs per child(no chocolate) to the clubhouse by March 20th** No baskets needed,they will be making an easter bag to collect eggs in. Contact the clubhouse to RSVP no later than March 18th

This is my first blog here on Active Rain, but I'm really look forward to active posting. I think ActiveRain, is a pretty incredible site, and I think it can be very helpful to all whom participate in it.
My name is Richard Stoddard and I keep my real estate practice solely in the Wesley Chapel, Florida area. I do this to allow me to provide superior service to all my current and future clients. I also believe Wesley Chapel is going to be a hot bed of activity and growth here in the Tampa Bay area within the next three to five years. We have three new shopping centers opening within the next two years. One, the Cypress Creek Town Center, will be Floridas' second largest indoor/outdoor mall. It will also include a huge outlet shopping area, large enough to compete with Innisbrook. The shopping malls are not the only reason Wesley Chapel is hot. More people are moving here everyday. Its got a country feel that just can't be beat. Its far enough from the city of Tampa, to be away from all the hustle and bustle. But close enough to be convenient enough to get to work quickly. All the creature comforts are here. Come see.

I am a lucky man who is married to an incredible woman who is currently in school, working on her law degree. I am a proud father of three beautiful children ages 5, 3, and 15 months. I have a wide varity of interests. I love movies and music. I love to read. I am probably the biggest Star Wars geek/fan you'll ever meet. I collect Star Wars memorabilia, much to the dismay of my wife, who like to use her garage for something other than a place to hold Star Wars stuff, toys, and comic books. I am a HUGE Giants fan. Super Bowl 42 was AWESOME! Bad Patriots........now go to your room. LOL I like NASCAR, I'm down with the 11 car. Although I'm not to happy about the switch to Toyota, we'll see. Overall I know its just turn left, turn left, turn left. But it takes on a different light once you learn the rules, pick a driver, and get into it. Sports are great. Keeps you active and gives you something to yell about every now and again. If it isn't Star Wars, or some type of sports on T.V. its History or Discovery/Science channel. I like to learn and live to learn.
