Prior to my real estate career, I spent 20 years in sales and marketing with large and small firms and know what it takes to delight my clients. When my husband and I interviewed Rick to be our realtor, it was evident within the first 10 minutes that he would be our choice. In the summer of 2006 I had the chance to work with Richard Beal in our search for a home in Maine. We (I and my wife) met him at an open house event and, after few discussions, we asked him to help us find a home. I grew up in a different country, in a different culture, where writing recommendations, thank you notes, thank you for your thanks notes, etc. is not a common practice; so I not used to it.
