Prior to my real estate career, I spent 20 years in sales and marketing with large and small firms and know what it takes to delight my clients. I specialize in working with buyers, sellers and relocation referral clients in Portand, South Portland, Scarborough, Westbrook, Gorham, Falmouth, Cumberland, Yarmouth and Windham. I am a Certified Relocation Specialist, Certified Negotiation Specialist and Certified New Homes Specialist. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is a principal broker for Cartus. When my husband and I interviewed Rick to be our realtor, it was evident within the first 10 minutes that he would be our choice. In the summer of 2006 I had the chance to work with Richard Beal in our search for a home in Maine. We (I and my wife) met him at an open house event and, after few discussions, we asked him to help us find a home.
