Sweet Relief. Economy no longer drowning in the trenches of doom and gloom- the whisper of a Seattle summer in the wind and the wisdom and accomplishment of enduring the recession in our souls.
A new beginning stands before us along the spring breeze.
The $8000 credit incentive is gone, but the deals are affluent on the marketplace everywhere. Actually, so many that its overwhelming for many buyers- and we can understand!
Banks are releasing more properties and the slight inflation of prices because of the tax incentives are again falling. People are bust with hope for the future, adorned with bigger understandings and knowledge- geared to take on their life decisions more carefully and thoughtfully.
What a wonderful time to be a buyer- deals are everywhere. Second home prices are so low peoples heads are spinning. How does one decide?
We've been working on Short Sales, Foreclosures, Traditional Sales, Conventional Financing, or Auctions you name it. What one deal is to one person depends in many ways on their financing abilities. FHA or USDA? Conventional or VA?
While asset based loans are gone because of legislation, others are in place BECAUSE of legislation. We encourage all of you to examine your options.
Do you have a qualified Mortgage Broker? Do you need pointed in the right direction? If your Real Estate Agent or Mortgage Officer isn't seething you with hope and opportunity- FIND ONE WHO IS. Perhaps you don't qualify now- but are you being educated on what to do to take advantage of this market as soon as possible? Today in our office we are grateful that the past two years are behind us, and while there are some scars that remain they encourage and enlighten all of us to keep hope, work hard and share opportunity with those around us.
Love and Light, The Rick Moore Team
