Happy New YearJust like that and the holidays are over. Time is just going by so fast. Now that the holidays are behind us and the new year has begun, we can start thinking about "spring market" whiich generally starts the first full week after new years. So....here we are. With a new year comes a new market and new homes for sale. What does that mean for you?

Sellers- take a walk through your home. Do you see anything that may need to be addressed? A room that may need to be painted or decluttered? Carpeting that may need to be cleaned or replaced? If you even have a hint of a feeling that something like that needs to be done, it probably does. Also, make sure you are aware of your market place and what your competition is.
