Selling and Buying real estate is one of the major transactions a person can encounter. Working with a caring and experienced agent makes a difference. I would like an opportunity to earn your trust. Sooner or later you will have to trust someone to help you through the buying or selling process. TRUST... is the main reason why someone will list their home and/or buy with you. I want to instill that kind of trust in my clients. I care and my work ethic and practice demonstrate this to my customers and clients. I have been licensed since 1984 and became a Broker Associate in 1991. In 1995 I joined RE/MAX Horizon in Elgin, Illiinois and I am currently a Broker Associate with RE/MAX Horizon in Elgin, Illinois. This area often referred to as the Fox Valley area. We are strategically located within minutes of the Metra train st90 which is often referred to as the "Golden Corridor". We area pproximately 40 minutes from O'Hare Airport off of I-90. Elgin is one of the fastest growing cities in America, located midway between Chicago and Rockford Illinois. Housing is very affordable and we are conveniently located within easy access to these major forms of transportation.

I am a Certified Esidential Specialist. There are approximately 1 million REALTOR's in America according to the National Association of REALTOR's. Only about 4% currently hold this prestigious designation... it is sort of like the PHD in real estate. It has been a great assest in my professional career obtainig this designation becasue it has taught me not just how to sell real estate but it also helped me to focus on running a business, customer service training, marketing, business management, business planning, budgeting, etc.

I also have the Accredited Buyers Representative designation. Only about 2% hold this title and I can not tell you how much this course changed my real estate career. It should be on every REALTOR's list of goals to achieve. This designation concentrates on how to work with buyers in our market and how to represent them in their real estate transactions. This has been a tremendous benefit to both buyers and sellers.

I am a Graduate of the REALTOR's Institute and I highly recommend every licescee to go for their GRI designation. It is the foundation for success in the real estate industry. The fundamentals of real estate with practical "How To's" presented in a easy to understand fashion that brings excellence, resulting in closed transactions with satisfied customers and clients.
