Growing Real Estate Company is hiring a qualified OFFICE MANAGER/RECRUITER with prior knowledge of the real estate industry. Candidate must be an experienced office manager / recruiter with a following of agents. Manager will recruit new agents and help Broker manage the office tasks and agents in every capacity. Skills in marketing, prospecting, excellent computer & tech savvy, and a friendly attitude is a plus. Earn commission on your own sales plus overrides of new recruits. Pay: Salary + commission + overrides + bonuses. POSITION MUST BE FILLED IMMEDIATELY WITH A WELL QUALIFIED CANDIDATE!
