In this blog post I want to discuss a community called Veranda located in Plantation, Florida across from the Westside Regional Medical Center. The building is located at the intersection of American Express Way & 84th Avenue. Also located nearby is the Fashion and Broward mall.

Veranda is an upscale, luxurious, and private condominium complex which is located on the edge of a corporate park. American Express, Merrill Lynch, and other financial institutions are located nearby which bring a certain demographic of residents to this buidling. Veranda has some fantastic condominiums with all of the modern upgrades and finishes that you would expect from a higher end property. Stainless steel appliances, european cabinetry, granite countertops, jet bath tubs with stand up showers, all come standard with these units.

One of the main reasons why I do recommend this property to my clients in West Broward is because I considered it to be a excellent value compared to the other 2 condominums in the area. Usually, the move in cost are a bit lower, and you receive a comparable quality of life to its competitors.

Veranda has very spacious floor plans that usually include a large balcony and various floor plans include a den. The onsite amenities include an onsite fitness center, covered parking, available storage spaces for rent, surveillance cameras and security personnel, and much more. Another really important thing to mention is that it is located right next to a Publix shopping center and other options for fine dining.

In this blog post I want to discuss a community called Artesia located in Sunrise, Florida across from the Sawgrass Mills Mall. The building is located at the intersection of Flamingo Road & 136th way. Also located nearby is the Bank Atlantic Center, home of the Florida Panthers.

Artesia is a private and luxurious european and mediterranean style condominium complex which also has stand alone townhomes available on site as well. Artesia was developed by Minto Communities, a development community known throughout the state of FLorida for its award winning properties. Artesia has some fantastic condominiums with all of the modern upgrades and finishes that you would expect from a higher end property. Stainless steel appliances, european cabinetry, gas ranges, granite countertops, roman baths with stand up showers, all come standard with these units.

One of the main reasons why I do recommend this property to my clients in West Broward is because in addition to it's proximity to attractions such as local restaurants, concerts, and shopping, there are many amenities on site that will keep you busy as well. Artesia a top of the line fitness facility with free weights and high tech equipment. Located on site is an indoor basketball court, an onsite cafe, billiard's room, 3 pools, a tiki hut, cabanas, tennis courts, and much much more.

Along with its competing property Tao Sawgrass, Artesia has very spacious floor plans.

This is a very basic review of Tao Sawgrass located in Sunrise, Florida across from the Sawgrass Mills Mall. The building is located at 2641 N. Flamingo Road near the intersection of 136th way. Also located nearby is the Bank Atlantic Center, home of the Florida Panthers.

Tao Sawgrass is a 26 story, 2 tower true luxury condominium residence in West Broward. This is my favorite condo in the area, because it is the only property in the are where you can find an abundance of quality interior finishes. Stainless steel appliances, marble flooring, wood flooring, granite countertops, stone wall baths with stand up showers, all come standard with these units.

Another reason why I choose Tao Sawgrass as my favorite condo in the area is because it is a very secure building with security guards, desk attendants, surveillance cameras, and electronic key systems for access to the elevator. Tao Sawgrass is located in a high traffic area, and security is certainly taken into high consideration in this community.

The final reason why I choose Tao Sawgrass as my favorite community in the area is because even though it is a high-rise condominium development, the units are build with generous floor plans. Compare these floor plans to any other luxury condo development in the area and you will find that Tao's inclusion of den's and spacious balconies give it an advantage over the competition.
