I am excited to join the ranks of the bloggers! I just returned from Keller Williams Family Reunion in Atlanta. Once again the education and inspiration I received in the 5 days was worth every penny...and then some! Every trainer, facilitator and Company Executive were outstanding. I am refocused and re-invigorated.
It is always so exciting to see old friends and make new ones at this event. It is a sea of professionals open to sharing their secrets and strategies of success and words of caution on mistakes to avoid. One of the recommendations was to start blogging.
I am committed to teh Syracuse Real Estate market, more so than ever. After hearing the difficulties other areas are facing, I am once again convinced that slow and sterady wins the race. Sure they were seeing tremendous gains and with that tremendous volume in sales, while we were doing fine. Now they are wantching as inventories continue to climb. Meanwhile, Syracuse and Central NY are seeing lower inventories and higher (yes, higher) prices. For investors looking to do a 1031 exchange there are not many markets withthe opportunity for appreciation, Syracuse and Onondaga County is one! For homeowners moving within the area or relocating to CNY, it is a great time to be in the market. Areas like Manlius, Fayetteville, Dewitt, Camillus, Onondaga Hill, Liverpool and Baldwinsville are seeing increased market activity, which is good for everyone.
Well I am excited for a great year in real estatein 2008, and sharing my thoughts with everyone and anyone that cares to read it.
