If you or anyone you know, has old used cell phones, please consider donating them to Cell Phones for Soldiers. The proceeds from this program are used to purchase prepaid calling cards for American troops. Now that the holidays are approaching, there is a great need and this is an almost painless way to help. Lighthouse Marina is teaming up with Keep the Midlands Beautiful and SCE&G for the Adopt an Island program. LHM has adopted Susie Ebert Island on Lake Murray.
