I think things are picking up in the Cache Valley Logan area, and this will be a unique winter with more sales than usual.
Right now we have about 8.5 month worth of inventory on the market.
In September of 2007 there were 96 homes sold in Cache Valley. This September there were 97. That is 101% compared to last year. That is great!! In August we were at 73% compared to last year in August.

I am woriking on a short sale right now. Short sales are taking much longer to go through this year compared to the past. You need to plan on 30 - 45 days at least to get an approval from the banks.
