REAL ESTATE MARKET IN CACHE VALLEY? This year has been a very interesting year for real estate. The national real estate market is struggling, but locally, the market is very strong. We are in a buyers market! There is currently 9 months of inventory on the market. Interest rates are the lowest they have been in 3 years. It is a great time to buy. Selling? Things are still moving, there are a lot of buyers out there, and there are still a lot of great loan programs. In the last 12 months, the average days on market has been 120 days. Cornerstone Real Estate's listings have an average days on market of 47 days, which is half the time of the leading competitor. We know where buyers are and we market to those buyers. I just got an email from a lender from Wells Fargo. Interest Rates are 5.125% for a 30 year fixed. That is the lowest in 3 years.
