The second annual Charity Car Show was held at Destin Commons, Saturday, October 13, 2007. The Charity Event benefited the Sacred Heart Hospital on the Emerald Coast. The event was organized by the Porsche Club of America, North Florida Region, and featured cars by Porsche, Lamborghini, Lexus, Ferrari, and others. Copy Systems, Destin Commons, and Smith Motorworks were also sponsors of the event. A few photos of the participants follow. Enjoy!

When Dominique isn't preparing a delicious menu at Fat Clemenza's in Destin, Florida, he's probably out touring around in this awesome Porsche. Dominique drives this car and others in regular scheduled racing events. Very interesting driver, extraordinary car.

This sign greets you at the entrance to Driftwood Estates, located approximately four miles north of the Sacred Heart Hospital at the intersection of Highway 98 and Mack Bayou Road. Driftwood Estates is the northernmost tip of the peninsula into Choctawhatchee Bay. The young development is convenient to shopping and restaurants on the new Grand Boulevard, and is also near the Gulf of Mexico at the Topsail State Park. Many homes were constructed here during the development frenzy of 2003-2005. Driftwood Estates is a great community and an excellent area to find a wonderful Florida home at a great price.

Famous everywhere for fishing and hunting equipment, boats, clothing, and just an all out interesting visit, Bass Pro Shops are a pleasureful place to spend the afternoon. In Destin, Bass Pro Shops offer boats for recreation and sport, the finest gear for any water sport, an aquarium of huge local freshwater and saltwater fish, and you can always have your picture taken beside the huge shark hanging out front... If you are a convincing story teller, you just might convince the folks back home that you helped catch that shark in the Gulf of Mexico!!
