About Us:

• Robin and her hubby Mike relocated to the Hendersonville and Asheville area in Western NC in 1998. They are fifth generation Floridians but when visiting North Carolina and Asheville and Hendersonville they fell in love with the beautiful mountains, change of seasons, small town feel, ambiance and friendliness of the Hendersonville area community were we built a home. Western NC has so much to offer and Robin and Mike plan on calling Hendersonville home for a long time. Robin's husband Mike is a licensed building contractor and licensed Home Inspector with ASHI. He's a valuable asset when there are questions over structural, etc. issues.

Robin received her BSBA marketing degree from Western NC University and has previously worked in the architectural/construction industry for many years. This background has been very beneficial in conducting Robin's real estate business. She's proud to say that in her first year as a REALTOR she was a Multi-Million Dollar Producer and has continued the trend. She since obtained her Broker license and the National Association of REALTORs e-Pro (internet savvy) Certification to help further serve our on line clients and customers. She strongly agrees with the importance of continuing education to stay up to date on current trends in the market and to assist in providing quality service to all clients and customers. She specializes and is knowledgeabe in residential, commercial and land transactions in 5 counties of the Western NC area that she services.

Sue Nett is Robin's Licensed Web Assistant and is generally the first responder to emails and created and maintains my Web Sites and the Active Rain Blog. She is a licensed REALTOR and e-PRO Certified and had actively listed and sold properties for 12 years before deciding it was time to work from home as her husband has some medical issues. She keeps her hand in actively handling listings in her community of Dana Hill Retirement Living in Hendersonville. Sue is a valuable asset to the business and will be contributing and engaging in the Active Rain blog.

UPDATE: We are very sad to add that her beloved hubby, Marvin, passed away very unexpectedly 22 October 2010. He is sorely missed.

Robin currently spends long days at the Office and out in the field with clients and customers listing and previewing properties and emailing and staying in touch with our internet folks. She's hoping to get more involved with Active Rain as time allows. She currently is handling other Blogs but sure appreciates Active Rain.
