About Me:

I have always been interested in real estate and after buying my first investment property I got my real estate license. That was in 1999 and I've loved working in real estate ever since. I believe homeownership is really important and love to help people achieve that American dream. In addition, I've acquired a broker's license and become a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a Seller Representation Specialist (SRS) and an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) to better serve her clients.

My other interest is art. I have a BFA and for over 20 years worked as a graphic designer/art director. Now I paint in my spare time and volunteer at the Blanton Museum of Art.

I grew up in Corpus Christi, Texas where my family settled after immigrating from Russia at the beginning of the 1900's. My father owned the Santa Fe Pharmacy and I attended Ray High School but in my senior year (1969-1970) my parents relocated to Houston where I graduated from high school. I enrolled in The University of Houston where I met my husband and we both graduated with Bachelor of Fine Art degrees. We worked in Houston for many years as graphic designers/illustrators and made the move to Austin after the birth of our second daughter in 1986. First we continued our careers in the graphics industry but I changed to real estate when I bought our first investment property. The rest is history.

My husband John and I recently celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary and we have two wonderful daughters.

Areas of Expertise

Since a large part of my business is referral, I work all over the greater Austin area including Pflugerville, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander and even as far north as Georgetown and as far south as Buda.

My business is about 25% new home buyers, 25% experienced buyers and 50% sellers. I enjoy teaching new home buyers the processes of purchasing a home, helping experienced buyers make a transition and I have a great marketing program for home sellers.

The price range I generally work in is between $175,000 and $500,000 although I've had clients in lower and higher ranges.
