This Foreclosure Bus Tour will provide investors, first time home buyers and others the best opportunity to invest in the current market. The tour will showcase some of the best bank owned properties in the Denver Metro area. It is open to the public. Participants will have an opportunity to view 6-8 homes. The tour is a 3 hour "Rolling Classroom" that offers education and plenty of time for questions of their Licensed Realtor (Rob Kelly), Certified Home Inspector (Evan J. Hughes) and Licensed Mortgage Broker (DJ Robbins). In addition, an Attorney (Kurt Hofgard) will be available for questions regarding LLC's, Wills and Trusts.

2009 Concrete Survey &
Concrete Replacement Program
The Public Works Department is currently conducting a concrete improvement survey within public right-of-way to determine potential replacement items for the 2009 Concrete Replacement Project.
Curbing and/or sidewalks that exhibit signs of settlement greater than 3/4-inch and pose a safety hazard or that exhibit excessive cracking and fragmentation shall be included in the program replacement list for consideration. Concrete inspected shall be prioritized on the basis of condition and safety hazard. As limited by budget, only a portion of the overall replacement list will be included in this year's contract. Concrete within driveways will not be replaced as part of this program.
If you have concrete adjacent to your property that is within public right-of-way and appears to exhibit the conditions described above, please notify the Public Works Department at 303.335.4608 no later than 5:00 PM, February 8, 2009.
Requests for concrete replacement after the date specified will be inspected for the 2010 concrete replacement program.
