Two new Maumee homes for sale popped up on this spring day in the Maumee real estate report provided by Roger Davidson for 4/26/11.

First is a two bedroom home with one bath, 825 square feet, a two car garage, on a slab, in the 'Excellent' rated Maumee Schools system. Priced at only $80,000, and located at 1905 Meadow.

Our next property is a four bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2232 square ft home with a two car garage, and a full basement. Maumee Schools. Priced at $169,900, and located at 546 Cambridge Park South.

Local interest rates today are 4.75% for a thirty year fixed rate conventional and FHA mortgage, and 4.0% for a fifteen year fixed rate mortgage.
