From our extensive corporate relocation experience and the fact that our people have lived and worked on four continents, we bring a wealth of experience and expertise to smoothing difficult transitions. In the critical role of listing properties, we are expert at property preparation, developing pro-active marketing plans and negotiating offers. All this in order to sell homes at the highest possible price while minimizing time on market time and inconvenience to the family. We get our clients on their way with a minimum of fuss to them and their anxious employer!

For those moving to our area, we appreciate the many challenges of moving their family. As veterans of many international and interstate moves ourselves, we are well versed in turning traumas into adventures! Whether introducing clients to new neighbors, the new schools or helping them find the right fit in community organizations, we are with them throughout their real estate transaction and beyond.

For corporate relocations, we understand the importance of getting clients the most from relocation benefits and assisting the transferee and the employer meet their joint goals. We will work closely with the relocation counselor to assure a smooth process. Joe Rogers holds the prestigious Certified Relocation Professional and Global Mobility Specialist designations from the Employee Relocation Council and keeps up to date on all issues of corporate relocation.
