Roman lives on Maui since 1984 where he arrived from Poland during their fight for freedom. A realtor since 2003, he also is an accomplished artist and loves windurfing. Married to an Island girl, enjoys his children and never to busy to serve on a board of a local church, involved in feeding those in need on Maui. His live is full of enthusiasm and always willing to serve.

I started investing in Maui real estate in 1989. Since than I owned 11 properties and build 3 homes. My knowledge comes from living on Maui for over 24 years and experiancing real estate first hand. This knowledge can be very valuable to any customer. I am a member of a national and local board of Realtors. I hold ABR certification ( Accredited Buyers Representative has less than 100 members on Maui) which allows me to share specific information necessary to all home buyers in Hawaii.

I love working with buyers which is why I decided to complete an ABR certification. This course provides us with information and tools needed for all buyers while they go through to process of searching, selecting and closing escrow in Hawaii. Buyers are not aware about a lot of issues involving real estate owneship in Hawaii.

I provide my clients with home warranties at no charge so they can enjoy piece of mind while buying or selling their home.
