Ron and Carol have been residents of Montgomery County all their life. They have been married for 32 years and have 3 grown children, two sons-in-law, two grandsons, and a daughter-in-law. Spending time with their family is their most enjoyable pastime. Their favorite vacation spot is Duck, North Carolina! They are also involved in church activities and Young Life Ministries, a Christian outreach to high school kids.

Their passion is to help people define their needs, develop a plan of action for them, and see the fruits of their labors. The Ron and Carol Young Team’s true satisfaction is in seeing their clients attain their goals - financial, personal and spiritual.

Impressed by the company’s vision and values, the Young’s joined Keller Williams Real Estate in September, 2002. Together they work as a team to better serve you and bring 25 years of combined experience selling real estate. They specialize in servicing all of Montgomery County. Yet, the Young’s are quite familiar with and sell real estate in Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Philadelphia Counties.


Janet Wallace & Donna Young

Janet joined our team as buyer specialist in September 2004. Her passion is helping buyers find their dream homes. She will do an initial assessment with you to find out what sort of home you are looking for, where you want to live, and learn about your ’must haves’ and your ’wants.’ Armed with that information, Janet will search real estate listings currently on the market to narrow your search down to the best prospects. She will show you the homes you are most interested in seeing, then based on your feedback and impressions, will help you further refine your criteria until you have found your perfect home!

Donna brings over 10 years of sales experience to the team. Her clients are consistently wowed by her caring and attentive manner. Donna’s ability to really listen allows her to rapidly identify her client’s needs and formulate a plan to reach their goals and find their ideal home in a timely fashion. She has a proven knack for seeking out just the right home for each of her buyers’ tastes and needs. With Donna’s focused dedication, you are sure to find your way home! Donna will be available for the initial home-buying consultation and throughout the exciting process of finding an ideal home.

Ryan Wallace
Listing Agent

Ryan grew up in Fort Washington and is a graduate of Upper Dublin and Penn State. Ryan assists with property showings and open houses for the team. Ryan is also great at helping buyers refine their searches in order to find the perfect home, and his broad knowledge of the Bucks-Mont area and will serve you well as you search for your “dream home.”

Lori Hartman
Administrative/Marketing Manager

Lori has 20 years experience in the real estate field. Her primary function is to assist with marketing and communications. She focuses her time and energy on maintaining a constant relationship with each of our clients. Lori’s organized and detail-oriented skills help her manage all the fine details of closings, such as inspections, buyers mortgage process, due dates and other conditions that need to be met in order to have a seamless and stress-free transaction.

Victoria Cangelosi
Lead Generation/Marketing

Victoria Cangelosi specializes in generating online buzz about our listings. Her job is to make sure our clients' homes receive the maximum online exposure, which is crucial in the selling process. She markets homes on Craigslist, Facebook, Realtor.com, and more than 20 other websites. She helps us create ’outside the box’ marketing tactics that will maximize interest in your home, ultimately leading to the sale of your home.
