This property was only on the market for 28 days. It has 7 bedrooms, 8 baths and is 7000sq ft. This is the first sale over 2 million dollars since 2009 in Fullerton. Coincidentally the property that sold for over 2 million dollars in 2009 was also in Raymond Hills and it actually sold for $3 million dollars.
The Buyer’s were represented by Re/Max of North Orange County’s. The Seller’s were represented by First Team Real Estate.
