It's that time of year when the Beach starts booming. If any of you get to come down for a vacation and want to tour the area, give me a shout. When they finish the new International Airport, I anticipate seeing several of you that will be able to fly in from areas that didn't service Panama City/ Bay County before. It is an exciting time for our market and we look for things to start hopping pretty soon. If you deal with investors that might want to get in before the market turns back up (values expected to increase by as much as 72% over the next five years), shoot me an e-message. We all came here when we were in school. The presentation of the new PCB is awesome. There is really something to do for everyone. If you have not been lately, come and visit.
