For Sale By Owner Term is a real estate term which describes the situation in which a property is offered for sale directly by the owner and without the owner having asked for help by a real estate agent. The term has been used more broadly to explain the process of marketing, selling, and buying, of real property without the representation of a real estate Agent. If a seller decides to market a home as a FSBO, and a buyer who's not working with an agent wants to buy his/her home, the seller pays no commission because they did not sign on with a real-estate agent. If a buyer who is represented by an agent is interested in a FSBO home, that buyer's agent may request the owner to pay him or her a commission or finder's fee for bringing the buyer.

The Pittsburgh Zoo is a beautiful place to go and take your family. They have several different Animals to look at, picnic area's to have lunch at. I remember as a child that when my folks would mention about going to the zoo, I couldn't sleep the night before. I was so excited to see the lion's playing with their cub's, The elephant's spraying each other with water from the trunks. Before my family had left they also made sure that we had a souvenir to take home.
If you are ever in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania take the time out to take your family to see the zoo. They will not be disappointed. I might live in another state now but I still like to go back to the zoo & visit with my grandchildren.

Lake Greenwood is a wonderful lake to take your boat and family to relax on a summer day until the water started going down. I know all of us love to see the grass green, the kids playing, what I like about Lake Greenwood is you can be driving down the lake and all of a sudden see people standing in the middle of the lake playing with beach balls on the lower part of the lake. You can even pull up at certain parts of the lake and grab a bite to eat. If anyone had not experienced this, my suggestion is to rent a boat and experience it just once.
Lake Hartwell is another great lake to take your family to relax on a hot steamy day, I enjoy watching all the birds that fly around and the little islands that you can pull up too and dock your boat and have a beach like picnic with your family for a day. My family & I did that one day and I was so relaxed, nothing could have upset me that day. I also enjoyed looking at the sail boats that were on the lake. If you have a chance to experience Lake Hartwell, I would, you will not be disappointed.
