I have been working in the Atlanta metro area primarily as a buyers agent and have never seen such a good time to buy. My last several transactions even in this market have appraised out higher than what my buyer paid for and the sellers have done an average of 5000 worth of repairs. Not to mention the tax credit of 8000 dollars the homebuyer (first time) of hasn't owned a home in three years can qualify for. I just feel they should be knocking down open house doors and they are not.
