About Me:

I am a licensed realtor experienced in Northern, New Jersey and parts of Southern, New Jersey. I spend alot of time at the Jersey Shore so from time to time you may find a blog about a place that I have visited there. I have worked with many first time buyers as well as repeat buyers since retaining my license over eight years ago. I am experienced with residential properties and commercial properties. I try my best to explain the purchasing and selling process to all prospects from Point A to Point Z and understand that it is a lot of information and may not be grasped with just one conversation. Most important I am honest ,hard-working and try my best to keep my buyers and sellers satisfied through all of my efforts

Areas of Expertise

I have lived in Passaic County all of my life, therefore, I am very familiar with this area. In this county, I am especially familiar with the areas near to Clifton, Passaic and Paterson. These areas border Bergen County, therefore I am very familiar with Garfield, Lodi, and Wallington as well.

When I first acquired a Real Estate License I was trained by my uncle in Essex County. During this time, I became extremely familiar with Belleville, Livingston, Montclair, Newark, and Nutley .

I am also familiar with other surrounding areas within the counties that I have mentioned. In addition to these areas I spend most of my summer at the Jersey Shore and can offer you guidance in this area as well. I would like you to know that I will refer you to a fellow realtor if I feel that I am not knowledgeable in an area. I will not pretend to know an area just to have you as my customer. My experience has allowed me to sell homes in urban and surburban areas. My coverage area extends a knowledge that not every realtor can offer.
