Just received an interesting email from Mo Anderson of Keller Williams, 80,000 plus employees are going to wear Red on May 14, 2009. What a powerful message to both consumers and other Realtors! Keller Williams is a firm that prides itself in creating a postive work environment for it's staff and this is another example of setting the bar for the public to see it's agents in action. I will say it a hundred times to any that will listen. Keller Williams is the only company that I know that allows an agent to make more than 100% and to be able to retire with benefits?

What will I wear on red day. My KW Cares Red Shoes for sure because every mile counts to your feet and to your soul!

I also plan to volunteer that day for some community service and help others less fortunate then myself.

It is essential to maintain a healthy body and mind to be able to compete in the new arena of real estate. I have recently been through a kidney stone attack and am facing surgery on Thursday morning. I thought that I was the picture of health, but turning 50 this year has proven to me that I need to start to exercise more and eat less bad foods.

With that in mind I would love to help REALTORS out there learn of a better food source and a way to make some additional income (passive) through the program.

Well the recession as no one wants to call it is rearing it's ugly head all around me. Several friends were just laid off from their jobs and the situation is getting worse for some! I spend some of my evenings working on my own financial future which has been hit hard in the 401 K's and mutual funds. I hope and trust that the Greed that has fueled Americans for the last thirty years is going to subside. We need to start making things here in the US of A real soon and stop just consuming things. The world has decided to cut of our credit as they see how we live compared to other countries. Please let's all join together and try to save our economy. Give more to charity, take less for your work, hire new people immediatley and support ALL things American made and grown!
