Over the last few years the FHA loan has become very popular in the Gilbert area. Gilbert is a great place to live for first time home buyers due to the great deals available, and the 'more bang for your buck', which works out perfectly for an FHA loan. The Gilbert FHA loan limit is currently $346,250.
FHA loans only require a down payment of 3.5%. Minimum credit score is going to me in the low 600's. Substantial credit history is not required. I also help clients with credit repair strategies.
Also keep an eye out for areas of Gilbert Arizona that qualify for a Gilbert USDA loan. USDA loans allow for 100% financing and the program just received additional funding!
