Going Back to School
With the number of jobs being cut across the country and with more possible downsizing on the way, many people are decided to be proactive and get back to school for training and classes on a new career path.
Here is a good set of guidelines if you are thinking of heading back for some classes. You can learn more about what is available locally at the website of TRIDENT TECH
-Contact the admissions office at the college you hope to attend to learn about what you need to enroll
-Contact the financial aid office to get information about fees and financial assistance.
-Explore career information or see a counselor to learn about your chosen program of study before your enroll.
-Understand the time committment for college. You will need to do more work outside of class than in class.
Set short-term and long-term goals when you get started. For example, a long-long term goal may be a career change from constrcution to information technology. But a short-term goal might be to just complete one technology class and get an A grade.

Dear Randall,
I would like to express my gratitude for your exceptional service in helping me close on my recent property. This was not a typical closing and your thinking was creative and with your effort we were able to get the deal done! As you know, I have dealt with numerous real estate agents in the past with lack luster results. I was beginning to feel that all “agents” were the same. This is NOT the case with you!
This closing had many ups and downs and you provided solutions that made sense and helped save me money. With the current state of lending, this was not an easy task and took weeks to figure out! Even on the day of closing you caught a small mistake in the HUD statement.
I would recommend you to anyone that is looking for or selling property as you have gone above and beyond my expectations. Thanks Randall for your dedication and keeping all parties (seller and closer) on the same page throughout this process. You are the BEST agent I have ever worked with.
Sincerely,
John F.
