This evening I had the opportunity to join some friends who just put their new boat in the lake. What a great start to summer. We were one of two boats on Lake Mecosta. The water was calm and perfectly clear, and the weather was perfect. These friends of mine don't yet own a lake front home, they have been talking about it for quite a while. But now with their new boat, they are ready to sell their home and begin to seriously search for a lake front. The great thing for them is that this is a perfect time to upgrade. I already have three homes in mind for them to look at over on Lake Isabella and one on Canadian Lakes and one on Lake Mecosta.
