Lawler Ranch

The Lawler Ranch Community is one of the bigger communities of Suisun City and is made up of several neighborhoods. These neighborhoods include Lawler Valencia, Lawler Montero, The Mallards, and The Villas. When you first enter the main entrance of this community you are greeted by large palm trees, and a peaceful entrance lined with trees that follow into the community. It is the home of 2 parks, Lawler Ranch Park, and the Lawler Falls Park. The Lawler Ranch Park has two separate Playgrounds and a huge seating area. The Lawler Falls Park has more of a relaxing type of park with all of it’s trees. These homes fall under the Fairfield-Suisun City School District. Nearby Shopping includes Starbucks, Rite Aid, Raleys, Hollywood Video, UPS, Panda Express, KFC, Subway, Black Bear Diner (One of my families favorite places to eat), Baskin Robins, Popeyes, Burger King, and Jack in the Box (pretty much every fast food place lol). It is also next to the Suisun City Post office, and all this including the shopping is only about five minutes away. Peterson Ranch

Looking for homes with good sized front and back yards next to Travis Air Force base? Then Peterson Ranch is the place for you. Not only do they have decent sized yards, they also have two parks. The Patriot Park, and the Independence Park. The Patriot Park contains a playground, and large field to have fun in. The Independence park has two half sized basketball courts, a playground, seating area, and it also has a huge field which is perfect for picnics! Peterson Ranch is actually located in Suisun City. Peterson Ranch is right off Walters Road. Homes in Peterson Ranch were built starting in 2003. Some home have detached garages while others have attached ones. The nearest shopping is in Fairfield and is only 5 minutes away these stores are Little Caesars Pizza, Jack in the Box, Food Max, and an amazingly good Thai restaurant that goes by the name S&L (I recommend their Citrus Chicken which tastes absolutely good, and their Phad-Thai). When you first enter the Gold Ridge community a feeling of the countryside overcomes you, and the reason being is that there is a beautiful green hillside that wraps around the community of Gold Ridge. The Gold Ridge community plan was approved a little bit over 10 years ago, and was approved for 1,458 homes. A plan to build a new elementary school in the Gold Ridge community, as of last year the Travis Unified School District has agreed to purchase 10 acres of land to build the elementary school on. Here are some numbers for the type of floor plans the Gold Ridge community has.

The Gold Ridge neighborhood has its choice between two shopping centers, each about five minutes away. In Fairfield it includes the Quick Stop corner store, Circle K, Subway, Ohkura Japanese restaurant (they have the best tempura!), and Pizza Hut. If you would rather go to Vacaville the nearby shopping includes Walgreen, Kragen, Lady Fitness Gym, Pet Vet Clinic, and for food you would have the choice of Taco Bell, Papa Johns, Subway, and Vicini’s Pizza which offer a New York Style pizza and Italian cuisine (The pizza they serve is very tasty, and you must try their garlic knots), so if your hungry you have your choices between two cities either Fairfield or Vacaville. Whitney Park is located in Fairfield, Solano County CA it is conveniently located by Travis Air Force Base. In fact it is the second closest neighborhood to it, after Cambridge Estates that is. The Whitney Park community was built in 1994. It is zoned for the Travis Unified School District, and is right behind Vanden High School which is the home of the Vikings. The closet middle school is Golden West. Whitney Park contains a playground for your enjoyment. The homes have between 3-5 bedrooms, 2.5 - 3 bathrooms, and are between 1,717 sq ft. – 2,250 sq ft. I must point out that the garages for the homes in this community are located on the backside of the house, and with these homes, the homes with a front yard are somewhat small. The nearby shopping centers include the Quick Stop corner store, Circle K, Subway, Ohkura Japanese restaurant (they have the best tempura!), and Pizza Hut.
