Marina del Rey is a seaside unincorporated and census-designated place (CDP) in Los Angeles County, California. The population was 8,866 at the 2010 census. They like the interaction about having the ability to set up their own searches, they also get daily alerts with our picture on it so we are always top of mind.

·Listing Alerts –how do you use this information? This insight?

I love them. It’s nice to see the click through rate for the clients on homes that are sent. It also keeps us at the top of their minds daily.

·Most valuable feature in the system –what do you like the most?

Besides the obvious, I really like the craigslist lead management and the ability to see who’s been on the site and the opportunity to track their activities.
