Provided a consistent stream of leads who actually want to give their contact information. We have seen an increase in our sales as well.

Its turnkey with minimum setup involved. I think it also establishes a desired service.

Turn key again with minimal training needed. The automated reports, replies are great.

Love the daily emails and the ability to save houses to their likes. The site is also custom and they feel as though it’s a private service.
·How do you approach a lead that you receive? Some of your best practices?
I just call and welcome them to the site. I always make sure that they know that we are LOW pressure and there when they need us and that they will get emails from us time to time but just disregard them if it’s not the right time.
· Agents mention that consumers already fell like they know you? Can you tell us more?
They like the interaction about having the ability to set up their own searches, they also get daily alerts with our picture on it so we are always top of mind.
·Listing Alerts –how do you use this information? This insight?
I love them. It’s nice to see the click through rate for the clients on homes that are sent. It also keeps us at the top of their minds daily.
·Most valuable feature in the system –what do you like the most?
Besides the obvious, I really like the craigslist lead management and the ability to see who’s been on the site and the opportunity to track their activities.

With the vast changes of the real estate market and the California economy, I find it an absolute necessity to tune-up my business plan every six months to stay on top of my market. Six months ago my business plan was focused on capturing short sale listings and how to market and farm to them. Five months ago, I met a new investor that purchases homes at court step auctions, and my business turned into a rapid train going at warp speed - 27 new listings in five months - my business model plan changed overnight.
Needless to say, this change in my real estate business has left me hopping and not able to focus on capturing new listings and new buyers - I was overwhelmed and had no sleep or personal life. In addition, the real estate business is a numbers game, I needed another source of marketing to capture new buyers, to generate new business and to service my clients with a high level of efficiency and attention to their needs; but had no time to do this. This left me searching the internet for new ideas and a new business plan models. During this search, I came across a company "Market Leader". I registered to receive their "free" business plan model, and little did I know, I'm now contracted with Market Leader and receiving leads left and right - and good solid leads. Though I will continue to farm and solicit door-to-door for listings (and yes, short sales, yuk!), I now have an avenue to capture buyers from my listings and signs with my new URL Market Leader setup for me.. With the new increase of business, I then found it necessary to hire two new buying agents to help me manage the high volume of buyer leads - life is good!! With the use of Market Leader, I am now having the time to service my customers, capture new buyer leads, hire two new buying agents and spend time on developing new and exciting marketing ideas to continue to grow my business and market the listings that I have in inventory.
At first the costs seemed high and I was a bit skeptical about the return on investment (ROI), but now seeing how the program works, seeing all the leads come in, and seeing the earning potential has changed my thoughts of the program being too expensive. It is all relative now - I've already made back in commissions what I spent for the six month program - we have buyers in contract. Plus I like seeing my website pop up on page one when people are searching for homes in my marketing area.
