The Morgan Real Estate Team

Ryan and Denise and have been a Realtor team for over six years and continue to grow their real estate business. They have enjoyed the freedom of running their own business while being fortunate with success from the start as they entered the residential real estate field. Ryan and Denise are highly qualified to represent you on either the buy or sell side of your home transaction. The Morgan Team works on a referral basis and strives to provide the highest level of service. Denise is an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP). ASP Real Estate Agents are true Professionals trained under strict guidelines using proven Staging techniques developed for over 30 years. When you bring your home on the market and prepare your house for sale always hire an ASP because they are the true leaders in the Home Staging and Real Estate Industry. Successful Real Estate Agents know that in order to get top dollar for their clients they need to know how Staging works and communicate the benefits of Home Staging to their clients.

Ryan is a certified EcoBroker. What is an EcoBroker, and why is this significant to the general public? EcoBrokers have taken additional training in real estate to assist their clients with information addressing issues of increased comfort, better quality, and health features of a building. EcoBrokers provide value by understanding the value of energy efficiency, environmental technologies, reduced liabilities, and sustainable design in real estate. As an EcoBroker, a realtor can articulate the true cost of a home taking into account not only the purchase price, but the amount that it costs to own and operate the home.

Education

Denise is a 1997 graduate from Saint Mary's College in Moraga with a B.A. in Communications.

Ryan is a 1997 graduate of California Polytechnic (Cal Poly), San Luis Obispo with a B.S. in Business.
