We have also developed a successful plan of action when representing buyers in a home purchase. The actions we take are as follows; work closely with the buyer's lender to verify the terms of the loan to ensure the offer is written correctly, preview all listings that match a clients search criteria to ensure they are not wasting their time looking at properties they have no interest in, communicate with the listing agent to understand the wants and needs the seller may have, request the lender call the listing agent prior to submitting an offer to give the seller the confidence that the buyer has solid financing, professionally package the offer like no other agent would, encourage our clients to include a personal letter with the offer to separate them from other potential buyers and personally attend all inspections.

This network is comprised of more than 700 independent residential real estate firms and in excess of 100,000 sales associates in more than 20 countries.
