Hi, just a quick post to brag about another buyer that I helped to buy a HUD home. This particular home is in Lewis Center, Ohio's Prestwick Commons subdivision. Awesome lot that backed to trees / and a creek. Large 4 bedroom home. My buyer got it for $143k. I sold a similar home on a lot that wasn't quite as nice in the same subdivision in the last 6 months for over $220k. Now granted there's some work to be done, but it's still a great buy. Short term hurt to the subdivions, but long term help. My buyer has big plans.
