With Spring bursting upon us, I thought you might like to know about the parks in Hudson Ohio...
Today I bring you Colony Park, in the south end of town. It is located east of Route 91, otherwise known as Main Street.
Colony Park is located in an established neighborhood in Hudson, Ohio. It features a walking trail with fenced bridge over train tracks, playground with swings, ballfield, picnic pavilion, large field for flying kites or playing football, basketball hoops...as well as birdwatching and nature viewing opportunities.
It is part of over 1100 acres and more than 20 parks in Hudson, offering the chance to recharge and unwind, very close to home.
It's a pleasure to have so many parks available!

Do you feel like you're my one and only?
I love to hear a client say, "I'm sure you have other clients."
Why do they say that?
It means they feel as if they are my one and only client.
It means they feel known, valuable and appreciated.
It means they are impressed because:
You can't fake it. People can sense the level of interest, truth and care invested in them. The practice of being truly interested in a client's well-being is a business practice that is rooted in being a person of character who cares about a client's best interest.
When I'm causing a client to feel like they are my only client, I'm doing it right!

I have exciting news!
I am privileged to announce that I have joined forces with RE/MAX, the number one real estate company in the world.
Why did I switch?
I'm ready for a profitable 2009, and my association with RE/MAX has unlocked the door to a whole new world of success in real estate.

Based on her knowledge of property law, and the realization that almost all homeowners do not have legal representation, Congresswoman Kaptur suggests those in foreclosure stay in their homes.
If you are facing foreclosure, don't just accept what the paperwork says. You can fight foreclosure, even if you have lost your job. Please contact your local bar association found in the yellow pages and get legal aid.
Congresswoman Kaptur says the banks are like vultures...they have received bailout money, but she points out homeowners are not getting help.
If you are in foreclosure, do not give up and do not move yet - get legal help now!
